New Build

New Construction of commercial, multi-family, single-family, institutional or industrial structures. We endeavor to build quality, in a timely fashion, and on budget. Most importantly, we wish to have lasting relationships.

Development

We take properties through the development process, including Feasibility study, Assembly, Zoning, Sub-dividing, Development-permitting, Servicing, Budgeting, and Building Permitting. Development is a longer-term process, and we can offer the appropriate guidance.

Restoration

Remediation and Restoration of properties, (institutional, multi-family, commercial, etc.), working closely with the appropriate consultants to ensure that the structural and construction-based components are remediated, and the aesthetics of the project are improved.

Tenant Improvments

We build all sizes and shapes of Offices, Restaurants, Medical offices, Retail Stores, or any type of new and existing space. We can offer advice on modular walls or design services to fulfill your needs.

Sheet Metal

We are a unionized sheet metal subtrade (Tin Bashers!), working with mechanical contractors and clients, providing production and installation services to fulfill ducting requirements for commercial, multi-family, institutional, and industrial sites.

Project Management

We offer A to Z services to get an owner from Idea to finished construction build. We can participate in the entire process or a portion of the process, in terms of Analysis, Design, Budgeting, Tendering & Procurement, Development, and Construction.

Construction Management

We provide complete management of your construction project. We offer full services of Admin services including tendering, budgeting, facilitating your Quantity Surveyor, and full Site and construction management of the project.

Design Build

Building a project typically starts at the design phase. We work with several groups of consultants, and offer the glue that connects the pieces between efficient design and effective construction.

High Performance & Comfortable Builds

Our collective future involves energy efficiency, but the value is in the promise of comfortable living. We endeavor to provide high performance homes and facilities such as Net Zero builds, Step Code 4 & 5 Construction, and Passive House structures.
